1. Fresh Produce & Perishables
Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, and bakery items, customers are encouraged to inspect goods immediately upon delivery. Any quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Pricing & Weights
Produce sold by weight (e.g., vegetables, fruits, cuts of meat) will be invoiced based on actual weights calibrated at packing time, within a reasonable standard tolerance.
3. Delivery Windows
While GreenMart strives to complete deliveries within scheduled windows, external traffic and weather conditions may cause occasional delays. You will receive SMS alerts with delivery tracking.
